Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo are playing the Colorado State Fair on Sept. 3 and fans can rock out with the legendary duo for free. Through Sept. 3, purchase a qualifying Colorado Lottery ticket valued at $30 or more and receive a voucher good for one free ticket to the show, as well as fair gate admission, an $85 total value.
