We saw this Caterpillar-powered mega-rod last year but lost the owners contact info. Well, we have it now, so look for a feature on this one-of-a-kind hot rod that is certainly in a weight class of its own. Oh, and the owner does the full long-haul in this behemoth!Our favorite oddity of the 2024 HOT ROD Power Tour was this sliced-up VW van! Let’s just say seeing this drive around is quite a sight. When it drives, the body lifts off the ground a few inches for sheetmetal clearance.
Everywhere along the five-day route we found oddball rides grabbing our attention.
