Frankie Essex: 'I've developed a limp and I'm in constant agony'
Former TOWIE star Frankie Essex gave birth to her twins, whom she shares with boyfriend Luke Love, in May and has since shared updates while settling into life with babies Logan and Luella.
I feel guilty about my dog I saw that Jess Wright had opened up about feeling guilty about not spending as much time with her dog since giving birth and I feel the same. I feel so bad. We haven’t got side gates at the moment so we’ve barricaded it all up, but Teddy still managed to get out. Luckily I’ve got good neighbours and one of them was like ‘Oh my god, I just nearly ran over Teddy’.
I have to have a routine. Wednesday is quite a routine-filled day because we have baby sensory, so the twins have lunch earlier and have a bit of an earlier nap. Then I had quite a busy day yesterday, The other day I clicked my back hoping it would help, but I think it’s made things worse. Now I feel like my leg’s going to give way at any moment and I’ve developed a limp.
