Fort Worth police officer Luke Stout was fired from the department after being arrest on a drunk driving charge.
Details surrounding Stout’s arrest, including the location and time, weren’t immediately available. It was unclear what jail he was booked, whether he had posted bond, and whether he had an attorney.The Texas Department of Public Safety wasn’t immediately available Thursday morning.
“The Fort Worth Police Department will continue to hold employees accountable who do not meet the standards expected of a Fort Worth police officer and in doing so, will continue to be transparent and open with our community,” the release said.
