15-year-old David Todd Laboucan Harvey is described as 5’7 tall, and weighing 111 lbs , with brown hair and grey eyes.
He was wearing a black t-shirt, black pants, black ball cap and riding a black BMX bike when he was last seen on Thurs., May 25.
