Former WWE wrestler Theodore Marvin DiBiase Jr., son of wrestling legend Ted"The Million Dollar Man" DiBiase Sr., has been charged with using millions of dollars intended to help needy families in Mississippi to buy himself a boat, a vehicle and a house, according to a newly unsealed Prosecutors charged the 40-year-old DiBiase Jr.

Prosecutors allege that after federal funds were issued to the Mississippi Department of Human Services , former executive director John Davis directed MDHS to subgrant the funds to the nonprofit organizations Family Resource Center of North Mississippi Inc. , operated by Christi Webb, and Mississippi Community Education Center , run by Nancy New.

DiBiase Jr. allegedly used these federal funds to purchase himself a vehicle and a boat, and to put a down payment for a house, among other things, according to prosecutors.
