'I don't know what the Webster's Dictionary definition of a serial killer is,' said Matt Waldock, commander of Wyoming's Division of Criminal Investigation. 'But that's what I'd call him.'

An Iowa man was arrested Wednesday after investigators linked his DNA to the killings of three women in the early 1990s.

The Tennessee woman was identified as Pamela McCall, who was 24 weeks pregnant at the time of her murder, Brent Cooper, district attorney of the state's 22nd Judicial District, said in aThe two women in Wyoming, who remain unidentified, were dubbed"I-90 Jane Doe" and"Bitter Creek Betty" based on the locations where their bodies were found in 1992.

McCall's body was found in March of 1991 near a highway exit. Investigators submitted evidence for DNA analysis to the state's Forensic Services Division and found that it matched the DNA recovered from two unresolved cases in Wyoming. "I am also very happy to be able to give Rose McCall’s mother a chance to see justice for her daughter’s and granddaughter’s murders," Cooper wrote."As she put it in a recent phone call, 'At least I have a grave to visit, some Mom’s don’t even have that.'"
