Twenty-six-year-old Kyle Spitzer, a former St. Augustine High School chemistry teacher was arrested Thursday.
He faces three counts of transmitting harmful content to minors and one count of illegal use of a two-way communications device.This all comes after reports of Spitzer’s alleged inappropriate behavior with a student surfaced last December.
The school district document also said he sent a student multiple inappropriate photos of a sexual nature, in which he was nude.According to the sheriff’s office incident report, the victim was 13 years old, and she had 26-year-old Spitzer as a teacher.New documents reveal former Douglas Anderson teacher had several complaints prior to recent arrest
The report said Spitzer stated he wants to be a mentor to the students and sometimes oversteps the boundaries by discussing sex and drugs with the students.
