Alberta\u0027s legal regulator has cited former Justice Minister Jonathan Denis with alleged professional misconduct.

A second count accuses him of threatening to make a complaint to a regulatory authority “in an attempt to gain a benefit for his client, C.K.” Alain Hepner, Denis’s lawyer, said Thursday that he could not comment because he was still familiarizing himself with the case. Hearing dates have not been set.
Denis returned to private practice after losing his Calgary seat in the 2015 provincial election. He founded Guardian Law Group in 2016.Article content
