BREAKING: Flash flooding washes out section of eastbound 10 Freeway in Riverside County
Flash flooding in eastern Riverside County Wednesday washed out a part of the eastbound 10 Freeway and caused major traffic concerns.
While traffic on westbound lanes began to slowly move in the evening, eastbound lanes remain shut down for an unknown duration, according to the agency. Caltrans tweeted out photos showing the damage of the washout, including a huge gap in the road caused by the flash flooding.
