No injuries were reported in the house fire that broke around 3:30 p.m.
Anchorage firefighters responded to a structure fire on West 8th Avenue near H Street in downtown on Sunday afternoon, Aug. 27, 2023.
The fire, in a house at 810 W. 8th Avenue, was reported around 3:30 p.m. and drew 14 units from the Anchorage Fire Department. There were no injuries reported and the cause is under investigation, said Assistant Chief Alex Boyd.
