TORONTO — A fire broke out at a building under construction in downtown Toronto Saturday .
Emergency crews were called to the scene at 141 Bay St., between Bay and Yonge Streets, at about 1:16 p.m. Police reported it was a two-alarm fire. Thick black smoke was seen filling the air around the building.The fire occurred near Union Station and GO Transit shut down several tracks in the area. Roads were also closed but reopened later in the day. No injuries were reported.
