In both robberies a note was handed to a teller in which the suspect claimed to be armed and demanded money.

CLEVELAND, Ohio — A man used a note claiming he was armed to rob a Ohio Savings Bank branch Tuesday in Shaker Heights and the FBI is investigating whether the suspect might be connected to the robbery of a bank Monday in Cleveland.
After getting an undisclosed amount of money, the suspect left the area in a vehicle that was similar in description to one seen in Monday’s robbery in Cleveland, a gold or tan Chevrolet sedan with a temporary tag.The suspect was believed to about 6 feet tall with a slim build and possibly in his mid- to late 20s.
