According to reports Ezra Miller has agreed to plead guilty to a trespassing charge in Vermont in the hopes of having other charges – specifically burglary and larceny – in the same case dropped.

Their alleged actions resulted in them being charged with two counts of burglary in an unoccupied dwelling, unlawful trespassing and petit larceny. The document is also said to claim that Miller could face up to 25 years in prison on a burglary charge.Police received notification of a burglary complaint from a property in the area on May 1 and found that several bottles of alcohol had been taken from the residence while the owners were not home.
