130 lodges amongst many other facilities would be included in the luxury holiday village proposed for a former golf course in Goosnargh 🏡
The applicant GHV Limited’s primary principle for the £7m masterplan is to ‘create an attractive, green and welcoming atmosphere as the setting for each holiday lodge and every building across the site’.
The entrance into the Holiday Village, for all traffic in and out of the site, would be located to the north of the site, off Inglewhite Road, using the existing site entrance point., with alterations to create a new short-stay welcome car park near the ‘Welcome Kiosk’ building.Aerial masterplan from north-east
