Christmas is over but the red colour scheme is carrying on into the new year in the form of Eva Mendes’ new hair colour. The Hitch actress, 48, just transformed her usually brunette colour into a fiery red hue – and the shade has got “Little Mermaid” written all over it.
The new colour is a vibrant gingery red which complements her olive skin tone perfectly. We can’t quite see the roots of her hair, but it looks like she’s had a full-head tint or gloss applied. “Red hair looks so beautiful with your brown eyes,” says one, while a second says: “Love this colour on you, so beautiful.”The exact colour Eva is wearing is being labelled a “sunset copper” by hair experts – and it’s a hue that’s set to dominate social media and red carpets in the coming months.
