Pat McAfee announced Monday during WWE RAW that Sheamus, “The Celtic Warrior,” will be the celebrity guest picker on the show.Saturday marks the first time the “College GameDay” is on foreign soil, but it isn’t the first time the show has highlighted the ACC matchup between the Seminoles and Yellow Jackets. The show traveled to Atlanta in 1998 when then-No. 20 Georgia Tech lost to then-No. 6-ranked Florida State.
Now, the 10th-ranked Seminoles will try to do it again. Repeating as ACC champs would guarantee them a spot in the expanded, 12-team playoff field. The Seminoles begin the season Saturday against Georgia Tech in Dublin, Ireland.
