But he has shown the unusual skill set he would bring to Congress and that he would be a better role model for Americans who should be proud of our leaders. Issa has a carousel full of baggage. The San Diego Union-Tribune Editorial Board endorses Stephen Houlahan for the 48th Congressional District.
