Since coming out as non-binary, Emma Corrin has expressed they want to 'explore' playing male roles in films.

They told Vanity Fair for their 29th annual Hollywood edition: ‘My experience on this earth has been a female one, up until recently, and I still love all those parts of me. ‘The beauty of acting is taking on a character that doesn’t necessarily have to be completely in tune with your own experience, it’s sort of a way to explore.’
