Fashion Flashback with Emily Ratajkowski
Jennifer Lopez has plenty of iconic looks—from just this year alone—but there’s none quite as iconic as her 2000 Grammy Awards look. Even Lopez knows that, which is why she wore a modernized version of the plunging green gown on Versace’s runway in 2019. But this year, Emily Ratajkowski is taking on the tropical dress, turning out her own version of the famous fashion reference. For Halloween, the model dressed up as J.Lo with an exact replica of her Y2K gown.
To best channel Lopez, Ratajkowski also styled her hair in a half-up, half-down look, and accessorized the palm print dress with diamond drop earrings. “no limits all dreams,” she captioned the Instagram post sharing her look. The daring ensemble isn’t risqué to Ratajkowski, who regularly models topless and promotes her swimwear line by parading around New York City in her bikini.
