La emblemática cadena de tiendas departamentales abrirá cuatro establecimientos de pequeño tamaño este año, uno de ellos en el condado de San Diego.
Macy’s abrirá una nueva tienda en el condado de San Diego a finales de este año, solo que esta será la primera de una versión más pequeña en comparación con las clásicas tiendas departamentales.
Las primeras tiendas se llamaban Market by Macy’s, pero las nuevas, incluida la tienda de Santee, se llamarán simplemente Macy’s. Aunque más pequeños, los escaparates presentan secciones seleccionadas de la cadena de tiendas departamentales, como moda, belleza, equipaje y juguetes. No es la primera vez que un gran comerciante trae una versión diminuta de sus tiendas al condado de San Diego. Target ha introducido varias de sus minitiendas en la región, entre ellas una en North Park y otra en el centro de San Diego.Aunque esta estrategia de formato pequeño está en sus primeras etapas, está mostrando resultados prometedores para la empresa de casi 100 años.
