Edgar Antillon-Bencomo was arrested after his vehicle was spotted in the driveway of a home that was destroyed by the fire.An investigation by Louisville police revealed evidence leading to his arrest. Antillon-Bencomo is facing charges of theft, third-degree criminal trespass and possession of burglary tools.
