Expect delays in the area
A crash involving three vehicles Friday morning led to serious injuries and traffic delays, and police closed eastbound 6th Avenue near Federal Boulevard.
The crash happened around sunrise. An occupant of one of the vehicles was transported to a hospital, Denver Police officials said in a posting on Twitter. “,” police said. Drivers were routed onto a detour on the eastbound Frontage Road. Around 7:20 a.m. 6th Avenue had been cleared.
