Dynamo try to reverse recent course against Loons in U.S. Open Cup's round of 16

The Dynamo, tied for 10th place with Real Salt Lake in the Western Conference standings with 15 points, salvaged a point on the road in a 1-1 tie against in-state rival Dallas on Saturday after losing to Minnesota three days earlier. Thor Úlfarsson scored the equalizer via a header in the 85th minute, his first MLS goal of the season, and midfielder Artur made his 150th career MLS appearance.
“It gives me confidence and gives me extra energy during training and the next few games,” Úlfarsson said. “It’s what I aim for every day to help the team. Every game we go into, I want to score. So it's been good.”
