Police say they responded to calls of an armed man in the area of Daniels Crescent and Matthew Street near Westney Road North Thursday just before 7 p.m.Police say they were unable to make contact with anyone inside so they entered the residence to make sure there were no injuries.A white SUV was reportedly seen fleeing the area when the shooting occurred.
Police later contact the homeowners who confirmed that no one was at the home at the time of the shooting. Anyone with video footage, dash cam footage or any information about this incident is asked to contact A/Det.
