Twenty-two volunteers were taken across the Forth Road Bridge on a full-size, self-driving bus.
A group of passengers have become the first in the UK to travel on a full-size, self-driving bus on public roads.
Stagecoach, which is aiming to launch the full service in the spring, announced that the test had been successful.Local bus users were asked to take part in the first road test. The vehicles have sensors enabling them to run on pre-determined routes without a driver having to take control.
