Stocks have staged a powerful turnaround, shedding a good share of early losses
The Dow Jones Industrial Average was mounting a powerful rebound from steep early losses on reports that a delegation from China will indeed proceed with trade negotiations with the U.S. this week, despite threats from President Donald Trump. The Dow DJIA, -0.23% most recently, was down 61 points, or 0.2%, at 26,443, but it had been down by as many as 471.95 points at 26,033.
