Dow falls to three-week low in Fed aftermath
The Dow Jones Industrial Average was trading solidly lower late-morning Thursday, with the blue-chip benchmark threatening to finish at its lowest level since April, if the current slide holds. Most recently, the Dow DJIA, -0.82% was off 170 points, or 0.6%, at 26,258, with a finish at that level marking its lowest since April 12 when the benchmark finished at 26,143. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 index SPX, -0.68% was trading 0.5% lower at 2,910, and the Nasdaq Composite Index COMP, -0.
