Dortmund know all about producing world class young talentNo one in the world of football was expecting the side in black and yellow to be able to replace the departing Erling Haaland, with the generational striker taking the Premier League by storm since his move to Manchester City.
Haaland had already destroyed Bundesliga defences with 86 goals in 89 games whilst at Dortmund, and now has 18 in 12 in England. Those kind of numbers shouldn’t really be replicable, but BVB are already making a good fist of it, withThe 17-year-old is now the youngest ever player to rack up ten goals in the German top flight,And if you needed any more evidence of Dortmund’s incredible ability at producing young superstars, the other goal in the 3-0 win was scored by 19-year-old Gio Reyna.
BVB’s social media admin wasn’t having the best day though, with the American’s goal graphic not working, and they instead hilariously drew a picture as a replacement.
