The suspect, David Chou, 68, was arrested and taken into custody on one count of murder and five counts of attempted murder. “It doesn’t surprise me hearing of the situation — him doing what he did. His needs were always secondary to others, and that is what his heroic actions showed. Our hearts go out to his family, colleagues and loved ones.
