Cubs reliever Michael Fulmer sits in the dugout after being pulled from the game in the ninth inning against the Dodgers on Thursday at Wrigley Field. Fulmer gave up a grand slam to Dodgers batter James Outman in a 6-2 Cubs loss. On Thursday he entered the ninth inning of a tie game with the Dodgers and yielded back-to-back singles, a long flyout to center, a nine-pitch walk to Jason Heyward and a grand slam to James Outman. The result was the 6-2 loss.
