A spokesperson with the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel identified the truck’s driver as 36-year-old Christopher Scott, of Henrico County, Virginia.Dive crews recovered the body of a man who drove a tractor-trailer off the Chesapeake Bay Bridge.
