Salt Lake County District Attorney Sim Gill is holding a press conference to announce his decision on whether a fatal police shooting in Magna in November was legally justified.

 Black had been shooting a gun inside and outside of his home prior to police arriving, according to witnesses.</p><p>When police arrived and confronted him, he was armed.
