What do the expects think of Rutgers at 3-1?
Although Rutgers hung around for three quarters, Michigan eventually delivered the second-half knockout blow many expected Saturday in an eventual 31-7 win in Ann Arbor. Rutgers was good enough to strike first and make it a game late in the third quarter until a back-breaking defensive touchdown by Michigan altered the game’s trajectory.

Rutgers has gone 1-1 playing in the Pinstripe Bowl, with a 27-13 win over Iowa State in 2011 and 29-16 loss to Notre Dame in 2013.also kept his prediction the same following the loss. McMurphy still has the Scarlet Knights playing in the Guaranteed Rate Bowl in Phoenix, Arizona on Dec. 26.
