The brief media release only hints at the project’s proposed timeline, with a line indicating, “We believe it is time to bring this vision forward,” and that the company plans on submitting an official plan and rezoning applications to city council sometime this year. As reported last week after Panoramic Properties issued their media release, the company has proposed the construction of a 20-storey condominium, 16-storey urban loft building and a 12-storey retirement residence.
