The Historic and Design Review Commission granted a certificate of appropriateness to Oxbow Development Group, the development arm of investment firm Silver Ventures, for architectural plans showing a nine-story structure with a brick facade and stone banding, exposed structural concrete and decorative metal guardrails.
A vacant, two-story warehouse and surface parking lot on the site will be demolished to make way for the building. The city’s Zoning Commission approved Oxbow’s rezoning request in November. Success!
