A San Antonio couple were killed by a suspected drunken driver on their way home from Corpus Christi on Aug. 13, 2022.A San Antonio couple were killed last Saturday in a head-on collision with a suspected drunken driver, Corpus Christi police said.
The couple, later identified by family members as 44-year-old Juan and 42-year-old Angela Segundo, were driving in their Lexus sedan in the 7500 block of Texas 361 when they were hit head-on by a Dodge Ram pick-up driven by 24-year-old Dylan Holland, according to police. The crash killed the couple instantly, police said. Holland was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.Investigators said Holland was driving the wrong way and believe alcohol played a factor. Holland was arrested and charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter.
