Apparently unaware that Emory was in front of the bus, the driver began moving the bus forward, according to the lawsuit. Emory fell over and was run over by the front and rear right tires.The Dallas Morning News “You can’t place all the blame on [the driver],” Aziz said. “There’s a lot of blind spots, and as everyone knows 6-year-olds, you can’t predict every move they’re about to make.”
