According to the listing, the car is technically used but has “under 25 miles” on the odometer. It’s also located in Georgia, not Illinois where Volocars is based. It came to be on their site because, as Volocars puts it, “a collector/customer of ours was one of the very few that was actually able to take delivery before production stopped.
”Certainly, it seems odd that a ‘collector’ would want to ditch a car of this rarity so quickly after purchase. Is this a scam aimed at getting around Chevrolet’s condemnation ofthat markup desirable models like the C8? Is it a vehicle that the dealer wants to keep so they’re pricing out anybody but those silly enough to pay so much? We don’t know but we can think of a lot more to do with $375k than buy this thing.
