A Rhode Island mansion, two houses away from Taylor Swift, has sold for $17.6 million, just shy of the record set by Swift’s $17.75 million purchase in 2013
On the coast of Rhode Island, a New England shingle-style mansion just two doors down from the oft-photographed home of pop star Taylor Swift has sold for $17.6 million.
The deal is the second-highest residential sale ever recorded in the state, according to the listing agent—just shy of the record established by Ms. Swift’s $17.75 million purchase in 2013.
