Harrrisburg resident Patrick Fatta told police he had his own computer, but would sometimes bring home the office computer to catch up on work.

Patrick Eugene Fatta was an employee at a Swatara Township hardware store when investigators tracked child pornography to the store, according to the criminal affidavit filed against him. At the time, the owner warned Fatta that if he ever looked something like that up again, he would be fired, according to the affidavit.Investigators then went to Fatta’s Harrisburg apartment, where he was seen walking out of the building carrying a black garbage bag, according to the affidavit. The bag matched what Fatta was seen leaving the store with on Dec. 4.
