Dan Walker says 'helmet saved his life' in update after being hit by car while cycling
Dan Walker claimed his "helmet saved his life" after being hit by car while out cycling on Monday morning.
"Very thankful to still be here. I have no memory of anything and just remember coming round on the tarmac with paramedics & police around me. He continued: "The helmet I was wearing saved my life today so - if you’re on a bike - get one on your head."Currently eating soup through a straw and being looked after by a gorgeous, furry, tired nurse at the end of the sofa."
Other famous faces, including Nikita Kuzmin also wrote: "Woah! Thanks goodness you’re safe! Hope you have a speedy recovery."
