Jennifer Faith agreed to a plea deal with federal prosecutors, according to court records filed this week.
in the murder-for-hire. In the agreement, she admits she plotted her husband’s death with her lover, Darrin Ruben Lopez, 49. James Faith, an American Airlines technology director, was walking the couple’s dog with his wife when he was gunned down. Lopez, wearing a mask, shot James Faith three times in the head, three times in the torso and once in the groin, federal authorities have said.
