Lower-level restaurant and shop space is up for grabs at the 72-story Bank of America Plaza.

The building’s owners have just hired Dallas-based retail real estate firm Weitzman to fill up the empty spots with new restaurants and shops. Weitzman’s Giovanni Scardino and Addison Gragson are scouting tenants for the rest of the tower’s retail space — some of which went dark during the COVID-19 pandemic when downtown workers were sent home.
