Police officials were investigating an officer shooting late Friday in the 5800 block of Belt Line Road, near Preston Road, in Far North Dallas.More than a dozen police vehicles responded before 10 p.m. near the Rock Creek Apartments in the 5800 block of Belt Line Road, near Preston Road. The complex is adjacent to White Rock Creek.Police officials did not release any information about the shooting or whether there were any injuries.
