The off-price retailer of home goods and décor said last week it notified Nasdaq that it wants to voluntarily delist its shares and will inform the Securities and Exchange Commission in a filing Monday. The delisting will be effective on or about Jan. 12, and then its shares will trade in the over-the-counter Pink Sheets platform.
