UPDATE: Crews restore power to thousands after massive winter storm hits SoCal
Both the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and Southern California Edison were reporting multiple large outages that began Friday. "Crews have made major progress yesterday & overnight restoring power to ~40,000 customers since 8 a.m. Saturday.
