A judge will today rule on whether Meghan Markle has to lose aspects of her privacy case against the Mail on Sunday claiming a malicious 'agenda.'
Mail on SundayThe tabloid's lawyers have applied to have key elements of her argument alleging an"agenda" to portray her in a"damaging light" ruled inadmissable.
Among the sections that could be removed from the initial court filing outlining her case are nine stories which she claims show the newspaper and its sister titles waged a campaign against her. Also mentioned in the filing is a story describing her as" straight outta Compton" and another claiming a mosque, which housed a community kitchen she supported, was linked to 19 terror suspects.
