THUNDER BAY — The intersection of Court Street and Park Avenue has partially reopened to traffic, in a sign of progress on a years-long, multi-million dollar rebuild of Thunder Bay’s north core.
Court Street remains blocked off north of Park to Red Red River Road, as work continues on that stretch.The intersection was closed earlier this year as work proceeds on a major rebuild of Thunder Bay’s north core along Court Street and Red River Road.
