Previously in January of 2022, Chuu filed for an injunction with the Seoul District Court to nullify the effectiveness of her exclusive contract with BlockBerry Creative, citing reasons such as issues over payments and balances and loss of trust. The injunction was approved and initiated, allowing Chuu to sign with a new agency,All other members of LOONA have also gone on to join different agencies after filing injunctions to have their contracts with BlockBerry Creative nullified.
